Our engine is our own wine since it’s the 50% of the wine which is consumed from the winery.

  • Variety: Maccabean
  • Alcohol strength: 13.5
  • Aging: 3 months in new French oak wine barrel and two American types
  • Preparation: once obtained the flower must and after cleaning, handling is carried out several times in order for its thin lees to confer the grape´s character and what characterizes it.
  • Color: Strong yellow with golden hues.
  • Nose: Intense, thanks to the new oak. Smells from toffee to ripe fruit and even spicy.
  • Mouth: frothy, oily but fresh
